What is Fuel Cat?FUEL CAT is a tin alloy catalyst that acts like a permanent octane booster, a combustion enhancer and combustion chamber carbon deposits cleaner. When the fuel flows through FUEL CAT fuel catalyst, a chemical reaction instantly takes place. The shape, temperature and speed of the burn are transformed, making combustion more complete and even, contributing to greater engine efficiency. FUEL CAT fuel catalyst aids the combustion process by ensuring that fuel is highly uniform, potent, consistent and stable. Just one FUEL CAT is all you need. It is effective for up to 400,000km.FUEL CAT removes and further prevents the build up of carbons, gums and waxes. Internally, your engine will be far cleaner and more efficient. It is particularly effective for injector needles, nozzles, valves, piston rings and oil contamination. After the first 2,000km of using FUEL CAT, the oil in your engine can become particularly dirty as it removes carbon deposits from the engine. All you have to do is change the engine oil, and thereafter it should stay noticeably cleaner for a longer period. By keeping your engine clean, FUEL CAT optimizes compression and seals the combustion chambers from the crank case, preventing contamination of the engine oil.How does FUEL CAT achieve Fuel economy? The FUEL CAT fuel catalyst induces chemical reactions among fuel molecules at low temperatures (such as those our vehicles and fuel tanks experience) and it returns them to their original state at the conclusion of the reaction ready to initiate a new sequence.Fuel molecules have a tendency to cluster together. At the point of combustion, the outer molecules protect the inner molecules from being covered with oxygen, resulting in some of the inner molecules going un-burned and blowing out from the exhaust as emissions. When fuel is passed through the FUEL CAT fuel catalyst just prior to combustion, a reaction occurs which separates the clustered molecules so more of the fuel molecules surface area is exposed to oxygen at the time of combustion. A comparison would be if you put a piece of charcoal in a furnace for 30 seconds. The result: the oxygen only surrounds the outside of the charcoal only allowing the outside of the charcoal to burn. The oxygen does not reach the core of the charcoal as it was protected by the outer layer. If you crushed the similar-sized charcoal into a powder, spread it out and place it into a furnace for 30 seconds, more of the surface of the charcoal would be exposed to the oxygen and a larger percentage of the charcoal would be burned. This is what happens as the fuel passes through the FUEL CAT fuel catalyst. Clustered fuel molecules are separated so more oxygen can cover a larger surface area of the fuel molecules at the point of combustion. The more fuel burned, the more energy created and less un-burned fuel will be emitted out from exhaust in turn reducing pollution.A more efficient burn results in less fuel required to make horsepower. A cleaner burn means better oil chemistry and cleaner engine parts resulting in reduced maintenance. How does Fuel Cat keep your engine cleaner?Fuel Cat not only optimizes burning of fuel, but also keeps the engine clean by leaving no unburned fuel that can then turn into carbon monoxide, unburned hydrocarbon and free carbon (as soot) emerge from the combustion process. The unburned hydrocarbons and free carbon form gum or wax, and are loosely described as carbon deposits, which are baked hard, in the combustion chambers, onto piston crowns, valve heads (particularly the exhaust valve) spark plugs and interior surface of the combustion chambers. The piston ring can also be seriously affected and eventually become stuck in their grooves. Fuel Cat regulates the speed and temperature of combustion which prevents micro welding between valve and valve seats; thus preventing valve seat recession.1)
